Just a quick note of sincere appreciation for the time, effort and obvious enthusiasm expended on behalf of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX during our tool ?run-up? last week.

 

The old statement of ?only ONE first impression? is ideally suited for our process last week, and the knowledge and professional expertise of your organization provided the best possible impression.  It is obvious that everyone shares a ?passion? for your business and clients and that was reflected in each and every conversation and effort during our visit.

 

I?m sure your efforts will be appreciated by our client, as I will ensure they are aware of the PBA units being the fruit of your labor.

Good Morning Cary,

Just wanted to thank you and all the folks at Sterling for all your hard work the last couple of months. I know you've all been through a pretty rough stretch. As of this morning I show one of six current week orders that has not been shipped, and all previously past due orders shipped. You have also renewed our confidence in Sterling's ability to interpret and apply XXXX quality criteria.  Please relay my thanks to all of your staff for their efforts.

I would also like to acknowledge XXXXXXXXXXXXX for going above and beyond the call of duty in this effort. I truly believe that all of XXXXX hard work, expertise, coaching & teaching (not to mention hours on the road to & from Erie), was essential to Sterling's efforts to turn things around.  

Again, my thanks to all for your hard work & perseverance.

Hi Cary,

We're very happy with Sterling and have no complaints with the tool maker. We all know this is a very complicated tool and appreciate the effort and quick response. I was impressed with the tool makers willingness to get right on working with the tool. It just usually happens when the jobs are hot. Murphys law. Also doesn't help that all our jobs are hot these days.

Also, I looked at the float with **********, and checked the concentricity of the lips on the ends of the float. I don't think theres anything wrong with the tool in this area. I think its just the front and rear of the part curling in which is causing that lip to roll over a bit.

Anyway. Thanks for your help. You guys are a good company to work with.

I just opened the letter boxes last weekend have been too busy, I want to let you know that the parts look very good, the graphics look fantastic and I think these are the best looking letters I have seen Sterling produce for us to date.  The colour of the letters (white) is good and the parts are just want we want to sell to clients in terms of quality.

So I am thanking you and Sterling for the good work?please keep it up and I am thrilled with the MIG?s what a great decision to make the switch our product is 100% better now.
