A Town without Refugees

A few weeks ago, The Wallstreet Journal reported on Erie, PA and the unseen impact refugees have on its economy.  President, Cary Quigley, was quoted a few times within the article, sighting how refugees make up a portion of the Sterling Technologies workforce and the type of impact upcoming legislation may have on the company and the area.  In the article, author, Miriam Jordan, highlights how the city of Erie relies on its refugee population (around 25% of the total) for labor and business growth.  Jordan also goes into detail about how integration has been for many Muslims, especially after the travel ban, and reactions from the community.  You can read the full article on the Wall Street Journal website here (note subscription required):
