STI has introduced a new MRP system called E2 Shoptech. The new system will allow all our employees to concurrently access and input information with real time data which can be used to help us move closer to a paperless system. Some of the advantages to the new system include: - Automated packaging slips, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Real time inventory management.
- Data collection from the floor on every job.
- Customer updates on orders 24 hours a day 7 days a week through our web site.
- Better lead times for new orders.
There are many more advantages to implementing this integrated system. Our hope is to have this operational by the second quarter of 2005. We look forward to meeting your production needs faster and more cost effectively in the future. |
